I’m Jeffrey Shepherd, a Certified Professional Life Coach (C.P.C.), passionate about helping people and businesses unlock their full potential. With 30 years of business and leadership experience—as an entrepreneur and in the corporate setting, I have hands on experience in many career paths. Coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies, with a minor in +Business and a focus on Leadership & Negotiation from Boise State University (Class of 2025; a reminder that it’s never too late to grow!)—I bring both real-world experience and a heart for personal growth into my coaching.
